Nell & Nagg

Having played the role of Nell in the 2013 production of Endgame, it's really exciting to return to this Beckett play along with the brilliant cast and new Director. Familiar as the play is to me, I feel new 'layers' are enriching Nell's character following in depth rehearsal, both playful and probing. We have explored the mother and son relationship between Hamm and Nell and the enduring love she has for Nagg. All profound and intricate. It has been a joy to experience the further growth of this production resulting from the new 'eyes' of enthusiastic and knowledgable direction and a new Hamm. Dynamics change - Beckett remains constant.
